How it works

From first message to final report

Here is how a case moves through CareChannel.

  1. Doctor

A doctor opens or joins a case

The doctor opens a channel for a patient case, or joins one that already exists. Nurses, technicians and management are added to the care team. The patient does not log in.

  2. Care team

    The team communicates

Doctors, nurses and technicians share text, audio and video messages and hold meetings. Translation and local-language support work across text and audio.

  3. AI

    AI creates action items

CareChannel picks out what needs doing from the conversation, creates the task and assigns it to the right team member. Critical instructions from the doctor are recorded and kept.

  4. Care team

    Concerns are tracked

Anyone can raise a concern on the case. It stays visible, and it stays open, until it is resolved.

  5. AI and clinician

    Reports and history are drafted

AI drafts reports and builds patient history from the consultations and conversations on the case. A clinician reviews every draft before it is used.

  6. Management

    Management sees the status

Leadership sees the status of every case, with open concerns and pending tasks, and keeps control without chasing updates.

AI assists clinicians and does not replace clinical judgment. Recording audio and video requires appropriate consent from participants, and the customer is responsible for obtaining it.
